New Eats at Esquire Restaurant

Brisbanes' home of fine dining, Eagle St Peer, is set to expand it's little family tomorrow with the opening of the much talked about, Esquire Restaurant.


There are few things that excite us more than a new restaurant to check out and Esquire is no exception as we think it has just a few little things going for it. ... hmmm... lets see. .. 


1. Beautiful location with views across our river to the Story Bridge 


2. One of our states most creative chefs, Ryan Squires, running the show ( from the amazing El Bulli in Spain, Urbane & The Buffalo Club in Brisbane)  


3. A host of culinary creatives in the kitchen from restaurants like Urbane & Anise 


4. Head chef, Ben Devlin, fresh from Noma in Copenhagen ( Ranked No.1 in the San Pellegrino World's Best Restaurant list 2011.. ahead of No. 2 El Bulli & No. 3, The Fat Duck in 2010)


5.  A menu that changes and evolves around great produce 


For dinner dining, there will be two menu options available.  You can opt for a smaller, 6 course menu with prices ranging from $70 - $120 or a larger 12 course menu with prices ranging from $80 - 150.   (costs will depend on what produce makes it onto the menu at that time) 


Esquire will also offer lunches will be structured a little different were and will be either 4 or 6 courses.
