More Mexican??!! Opening Wed 22nd with 50% off!

Ok so I have been obsessed with authentic Mexican food ever since my first visit to Los Cabos and I know it is awesome!! yes I do!!  ... but what is with Brisbanes sudden boom of Mexican restaurant openings??? This is the 3rd in about as many weeks!!

Why so?? Or maybe i should just stop asking why and just enjoy it because I certainly am not complaining about this rapidly growing Mexican scene!!
